Filter construction

Cassette filters are a rectangular structure made of a galvanized or plastic U-shaped profile and filter material of the appropriate cleaning class, placed inside the frame. The filter material is a corrugated chemical fiber on a support grid or thermostated without a support grid.

The profile can be 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 48, 96, 100 mm deep.

The galvanized profile frame is made on an automated molding line without human intervention, with the possibility of changing the depth of the frame from 20 to 100 mm, and has a special design to increase the rigidity of the filter frame.
