Gel sealant
Construction and materials
The filter housing is made of anodized/non-anodized extruded aluminum profile with a patented design.
Inside of which there is a filter pack, with folds separated by adhesive separators. The filter package is hermetically fixed in the housing using special two-component polyurethane adhesives from leading companies (FreChem GmbH & Co. KG, RAMPF Polymer Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, Kiilto)
It is also protected on both sides with nets (variations in design are possible). A special gel compound is used as a sealant. Materials. Extruded aluminum profile: 80-170mm. Filter material based on ultra-thin glass fiber with cleaning class from E10 to U17. Protective PVC mesh: galvanized, powder-coated. Adhesive separators based on polyolefin melt. Special polyurethane adhesive and gel compound.
