Construction and materials

Сonstruction. The filter housing is made of anodized/non-anodized extruded aluminum profile, patented design,

inside which there is a filter pack, with folds separated by adhesive separators. The filter package is hermetically fixed in the housing using special two-component polyurethane adhesives from leading companies (FreChem GmbH & Co. KG, RAMPF Polymer Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, Kiilto),

and protected on both sides with nets (variations in design are possible). As a sealant, a seamless foamed polyurethane (EPDM sealant) is used, applied on a DR-CNC robotic complex (RAMPF, GmbH).

Materials. Extruded aluminum profile: 69-292mm. Filter material based on ultra-thin glass fiber with cleaning class from E10 to U17. Protective PVC mesh, galvanized, powder-coated. Adhesive separators based on polyolefin melt. Special polyurethane adhesive / seamless polyurethane foam / EPDM sealant.
