Scan test using an AFS-150 filter scanner (Topas GmbH).
An automatic filter scanner is used to determine the following filter characteristics at the final stage of conveyor production:
- pressure drop at nominal flow in the filter
- Integral filtration efficiency using a test aerosol with a specific particle size
- no leaks between the fold of the bag and the filter frame
